SHIPPING

All U.S. orders ship free from our New York City studio. International shipping options will appear at checkout.
Most pieces ship within 5 business days, but please allow 5–20 business days for made-to-order garments, as each piece is individually crafted. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Because many of our garments are made-to-order or produced using limited deadstock fabric, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

As a woman-owned, NYC-based brand committed to quality craftsmanship, we appreciate your patience while we make your piece with care.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase.

  • Full-price, unworn garments with original tags may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale pieces with tags may be returned for store credit within 7 days.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

  • Because of their one-of-a-kind nature, MINE!, RI-UP, and ROADKILL REVIVAL pieces cannot be returned or exchanged - however, if you are not satisfied, please reach out. We are always open to talking and will do our best to support you.

Every piece is inspected before shipping, and if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away - we’ll take care of it.

How does sizing work for gender-free garments?

Our pieces are intentionally designed for EVERY body.
Because of our signature draping techniques, some garments (including size Small) may fit oversized or relaxed. We recommend checking the size chart and fit notes on each product page.
If you’re unsure, email us - we’re always happy to help you choose the right size.

Where are your garments made?

Every RINAT BRODACH piece is made in New York City - either in our studio or in small, woman-owned factories in the Garment District.
We believe in ethical production, fair wages, and keeping craft alive.

What fabrics do you use?

We work exclusively with deadstock materials, hand-dyed fabrics, and repurposed textiles.
This means we use existing fabric already in circulation - giving new life to what would otherwise go to waste.
It’s part of our commitment to sustainability and intentional design.

What is deadstock fabric?

Deadstock is high-quality, unused fabric left over from other designers, mills, and factories. Instead of allowing it to be discarded, we repurpose it into limited-edition garments.
Deadstock ensures sustainability, reduces waste, and makes each RB piece rare and meaningful.

How do I care for my garment?

To extend the life of your RB piece:

  • Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle

  • Use cold water

  • Avoid harsh detergents

  • Lay flat to dry

  • Do not tumble dry

  • For structured fabrics or sculptural pieces, professional cleaning is recommended

Care instructions are also included on each product page and garment tag.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes - select custom work is available through our studio.
If you’re interested in a made-for-you garment, please contact us directly to discuss options, pricing, and availability.

How do made-to-order pieces work?

Made-to-order garments are crafted one at a time, specifically for the customer who purchases them.
This eliminates waste, supports slow fashion, and ensures the garment is made with intention.
Because of this process, please allow additional time for delivery.

How sustainable is your production?

Sustainability is at the core of our brand:

  • We produce in NYC to reduce transportation impact

  • We use only deadstock and repurposed textiles

  • Our knits are recycled from secondhand pieces

  • Production is small-batch and made-to-order

  • We avoid mass manufacturing and fabric waste

Every purchase supports ethical practices and conscious fashion.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in very small quantities due to limited deadstock fabric.
If something sells out, it may not return - but feel free to message us to ask about availability or upcoming drops.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - international shipping options and rates appear during checkout. Delivery time varies by country.

​

 

What if my package is lost?

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
