Rinat Brodach is a New York–based fashion designer and founder of RINAT BRODACH, an independent fashion brand known for sculptural draping, gender-free design, and clothing made in New York City. Working primarily with deadstock fabrics and small-scale local production, Rinat creates expressive clothing designed for EVERYBODY.
Founded in New York City in 2014 after Rinat studied at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne in Paris, RINAT BRODACH originally launched as a womenswear brand and was relaunched in 2018 as Gender Free. Her work has been featured in Elle, WWD, Vogue, i-D, Forbes, and Ynet.
Rinat expanded her global visibility as a featured designer on the first season of Amazon Prime’s Making the Cut, which premiered in 2020 and led to a collaboration with Puma. RINAT BRODACH has been stocked in New York, Tokyo, London, and San Francisco.
Most recently, Rinat created Body of Truth, an intimate fashion and mood board workshop held in her New York City studio for women navigating change, transition, motherhood, grief, or simply finding themselves again. Through mood boarding, color, texture, shape, and conversation, participants explore where they are now and how they want to feel moving forward with the option of transforming that process into a RINAT BRODACH garment created around them.
