Cancellation Policy

1. Workshop Overview The "Body of Truth" workshop is a safe and creative space to explore self-expression through fashion. This small-group experience includes a guided mood board session, optional personal sharing, and a one-on-one consultation with Rinat Brodach. For those opting in, this process may lead to a custom garment designed specifically for you. 2. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds All workshop bookings are final. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop may be eligible for a credit toward a future session or exchange (at Rinat Brodach's discretion). No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days prior to the workshop. If you purchase a package that includes a custom garment, this garment is non-refundable, non-returnable, and made-to-order based on your mood board and consultation. 3. Garment Creation Terms (if applicable) Custom garments are created solely by Rinat Brodach and are guided by your mood board and shared intentions. A garment consultation is included; one round of basic alterations may be offered depending on the design. Delivery timelines will be discussed individually; average turnaround is 2-6 weeks. Ownership of original design remains with Rinat Brodach. 4. Participant Responsibility & Well-Being This is a personal, emotional, and creative space. While participation in the group discussion is encouraged, it is always optional. You are responsible for your own boundaries, emotional well-being, and self-expression. 5. Liability Waiver Body of Truth Workshop Participation Agreement By attending the workshop, you acknowledge: - You are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your physical and emotional safety. - You release and hold harmless Rinat Brodach LLC and all affiliates from any claims of personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress. - You understand scissors, pins, and other materials may be used in this creative setting. 6. Photo & Video Release (optional) I consent to being photographed or recorded during the workshop for promotional use by Rinat Brodach. IF NOT please reach out after booking and we will take note.
